It seems to me there are a few bugs in the rules:
* ເດຶອນ is romanized to "dé--n" where I think it should be "duan", just like it works correctly for ເປື້ອນ -> puan.
* ກ້ວຍ as in ໝາກ ກ້ວຍ becomes "koia" where it should be "kouai"
* ມ່ວງ as in ໝາກ ມ່ວງ tunrs into "mong" where it should be "mouang"
I could be wrong; I'm still a beginner in Lao and finding my way around those incompatible romanization systems. However, at least the first one clearly looks wrong.
