Hi,
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.7 (Santiago)
This is perl, v5.10.1 (*) built for x86_64-linux
I tried this on another perl version through perlbrew and I got the same
result.

! The distribution doesn't have a proper Makefile.PL/Build.PL See

The log ends with the same message about not having a Build.Pl
