XML::RSS or whatever it is. problem with utf-8 flag. my name is Jon
?slund. the ? is Å in html. it consists of two bytes in utf-8. in
the rss, those two bytes are utf-8 encoded, as if they were characters
themselves, so it becomes 4 bytes, a sequence that is just
gibberish.
