Subject: insufficient documentation of --pureperl-only
cpanm passes the --pureperl-only flag to Build.PL when cpanm is invoked with the --pp or --pureperl option. This doesn't seem to be clearly documented -- only the allow_pureperl option is mentioned. The pureperl_only MB option is also not documented at all. It should be clearly stated that unless the author sets allow_pureperl or pureperl_only, using the --pureperl-only flag will result in a failed build.
