Subject: please do not access internet during `make test`
Does the t/Installer.t actually try to download files from the internet? Please do not do that. I am behind a firewall _and_ I also need to use this on a private network. The test always takes forever to timeout and it always fails.

Quite right: if it does access the 'net, it is an oversight on my part. I'll update it ASAP. Sorry for the hassle. Lee PS - can't CPAN.pm force a timeout on this sort of thing...? I think maybe it can ...?
