Subject: PatchReader license?
The PatchReader distribution does not make it very obvious under what license the code is under. The only thing I found is the comment blurb in lib/PatchReader/CVSClient.pm. It'd be good to clarify this in future releases.

Hi, I verified licensing from jkeiser and he said it's Artistic License currently. I'm not sure yet how to add this information to the CPAN, though.
