I'm not sure if this is intentional, but running 'make clean' in a fresh
extraction of FCGI-0.78.tar.gz removes fcgi_config.h.in, rendering it
non-functioning.
Is this intentional? I'm working with shipwright, which does a make clean
when importing a module to the shipyard, and that's causing the build to
later fail.
