I'm not sure this is viable but I'm getting some errors when running Strawberry perl 5.22.1 on windows 7 64 bit that appear to break code only in corner cases. To the best of my ability I have tracked it down to what appears to be library requirements that depend on several dll's either not available to Windows 7 or in other places than Windows 7 expects. I have attached the information from a run of depends.exe (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) to demonstrate the problem
