... at least this is my impression when looking at http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/bd7bfc7e-e06a-11e5-bcf5-42a872d7c31d which is the only PASS report for DigitalOcean-0.15.3 (see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=DigitalOcean%200.15.3 for a pass/fail overview). I suspect that App-cpanminus-reporter stops parsing at the "Result: PASS" line and does not see the failure in the subsequent test.pl run.
