Subject: Locale ... not supported in ENV variable LANGUAGE: en_GB:en
The t/1_months.t test fails, probably only if the LANGUAGE variable is set. See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/6b3ba592-e1f3-11e5-91b2-e36391b6d08f for a sample report. Here LANGUAGE=en_GB:en is set. I can reproduce the failure also on my smoker machines.

It also fails with other LANGUAGE values, e.g. LANGUAGE=de_DE:de
