Subject: mk-ca-bundle.pl is installed to the wrong location
I'm seeing mk-ca-bundle.pl appearing in my installation under $PERL5LIB/Mozilla/mk-ca-bundle.pl. This is wrong -- it should be getting installed into $PATH instead.

Even better would be for it not to be installed at all.  It's just a tool to use to prepare the module content.
