Subject: Documented bug tracker is not available
The distribution metadata, as well as the RT link itself on https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Create.html?Queue=Net-Amazon-S3, points to https://github.com/pfig/net-amazon-s3/issues, but the issues queue is disabled on github. Please either enable the issues queue or document RT as the bugtracker.
