Hi Johan,
Thanks for the useful package. After reading about it on OSDir, I'm looking forward to trying it out. While running the `tt2site setup` command, I received several chown errors. Turns out ttree was trying to preserve ownership of the files copied from the TT2Site install location. These files are owned by root so my users cannot preserve permissions. Seems that tt2site should default to not preserving permissions on these files when running setup.
