I can run this under cygwin's Perl fine, but with Strawberry Perl on Windows 7, 64 bit I get this fatal error: getpeername() on unopened socket GEN2 at C:/strawberry/perl/lib/IO/Socket.pm line 268. send: Cannot determine peer address at C:/strawberry/perl/site/lib/Net/NTP.pm line 169.
