This looks like a broken installation on your side. There are no CPAN Testers reports showing problems with a missing Sub::Identify dependency (see http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=Archive-Zip-1.56 ). Archive-Zip does not use Sub::Identify directly, but only via Test::MockModule and SUPER, and all seem to declare their dependencies correctly.
