Subject: recommend deprecating Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CopyReadmeFromBuild
There exists plugins [CopyFilesFromBuild] and [CopyFilesFromRelease] which are more generic than this plugin. The [Deprecated] plugin can be used to mark a distribution as deprecated in metadata.

+1 because the 'CopyReadmeFromBuild' is currently misleading as the plugin now only copies after a release.
