Subject: recommend deprecating Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CopyMakefilePLFromBuild
There exists plugins [CopyFilesFromBuild] and [CopyFilesFromRelease] which are more generic than this plugin. The [Deprecated] plugin can be used to mark a distribution as deprecated in metadata.
