Subject: Index and CSS switch.
I would be really great if a switch for generating an index at the top of each page in addition to one for inserting a CSS link were added to a future version. I like this converter better then others I've used, but I do miss those two features.

There will be no further development on this module. If you want to convert Pod to HTML, look at one of the Pod::Simple modules.
