Subject: broken link
The link is broken at this section: http://search.cpan.org/~pevans/Scalar-List-Utils-1.42/lib/Scalar/Util.pm#looks_like_number Above here: Returns true if perl thinks $var is a number. See "looks_like_number" in perlapi.

The link is correct. And locally running Pod render tools like tkpod can cope with this link. The problem is that perlapi.pod is autogenerated at build time. But search.cpan.org and metacpan.org can only display Pod documents which are statically available in the tarball. A solution would be to link to perldoc.perl.org: http://perldoc.perl.org/perlapi.html#looks_like_number But I think this is the duty of search.cpan.org and metacpan.org, so bug reports should be opened there, not here.

As workaround we may try this: L<"looks_like_number" in perlapi|http://perldoc.perl.org/perlapi.html#looks_like_number>.

Don't like this --- this would help metacpan and search.cpan.org, but would force a non-html Pod viewer to open a browser. I still think this should go to https://github.com/CPAN-API/metacpan-web/issues

And it's not only Scalar-List-Utils --- other CPAN modules also link to perlapi.pod. See http://grep.cpan.me/?q=L%3Cperlapi
