Subject: Cleanup missing when running "make test"
About 250MB disk space is used in $TMDIR after running "make test" --- it seems that some cleanup is missing. (I observe this on all my smokers --- freebsd and debian linux, various perl versions)

Confirmed. I found one bug, but it hasn't solved the problem.. it just fixed the template name for the temp directories :/ https://github.com/TJC/Test-postgresql/commit/c69fac0f9dc8e3e09f7e5da8a1061751638edf6d
