Perhaps you can clarify what standard / quasi-standard the current title captilisation the module utilizes? The U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual <https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/GPO-STYLEMANUAL-2008/pdf/GPO-STYLEMANUAL-2008.pdf> : "Capitalize all words in titles of publications and documents, except a, an, the, at, by, for, in, of, on, to, up, and, as, but, or, and nor."
