Hello,
October 31st 2017 will we a one-time nation-wide holiday to celebrate¹
the 500th aniversary of reformation, see (in German):

Can you please adjust your module accordingly? Browsing the sources I
saw no simple way to do this like a one-liner, so I prefer to leave
this to you.
Aside, something *purely* cosmetical: To keep the operations in
chronological order, Ascension Day should be computed before Whit
Sunday.
