Subject: Random test failures with perl 5.17.6 and later (hash randomization?)
The t/noconf_standard.t and t/verbose-debug.t tests seem to be affected by hash randomization (re-)invented in perl 5.17.6. See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Getopt-Helpful%200.04 for an overview of test reports.
