Subject: Almost no pass reports on cpantesters
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Dancer-Plugin-Locale%200.0103 for an overview. On my own smoker machines it seems to fail on all FreeBSD smokers and all Debian and Debian-based (Ubuntu) smokers. However, it passes on RedHat-based smokers (CentOS 6 and Fedora). Sorry, I have no more information here. It does not seem to depend on what locale is set, or what locales are installed on the system (FreeBSD has usually all available locales installed, and on my Debian machines only a few are installed).
