Hi,
I'd like to report an issue that I've been experiencing with Bio::DB::Sam since the update on Dec 8th.
t/01sam.t .. /u/blabuser/Bio-SamTools-1.42/t/data/ex2.bam does not exist at t/01sam.t line 75.
It seems that the ex2.bam data file is missing for tests residing in 01sam.t. Your help in resolving this is much appreciated.
