Subject: About not supporting bleadperl
The tests fail for perl 5.23.5 and consequently the distribution is listed as a possible perl regression candidate: http://analysis.cpantesters.org/beforemaintrelease?pair=5.22.0:5.23.5 Maybe it would be better if the distribution build failed differently, maybe already in the Makefile.PL/Build.PL phase ("unsupported perl"). This would yield an UNKNOWN or NA report instead of a FAIL report, and the distribution would not be listed anymore on that page. And it would be even better if you dropped the restriction of not supporting development perls.
