Most modules - not only Lingua:: - *should* use the iso639-3 code instead of the *iso639-1* code

Let's say we do a "Chinese" Lingua:: module. You advocate for Lingua::ZH:: and that is the only option in iso639-1
We can do this via Lingua::ZHO but that is imprecise as ist is only representing the macrolanguage.
If the module should support Mandarin, Cantonese or Minnan grammar, usage etc. It should be Lingua::CMN, Lingua::YUE, Lingua::NAN respectively. Try that with iso639-1
