Subject: Random test failures with perl 5.17.6 and later (hash randomization?)
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Encoding-BER%201.00 for a fail/pass overview. There's an increased probability for test fails with perl 5.17.6 and newer --- maybe a hash randomization problem?
