Subject: 01compile.t checks non-existing modules
The compile test checks also Spp::Rule, which is not anymore in the distribution, and probably needs adjustment. Also, Spp::Rule is still indexed, because the old 0.01 tarball is still on CPAN --- to avoid confusion it's best to delete this old distribution.
