I dropped the maintainer(s) a mail via their website, on the off-chance they'd missed the bug-reports here. I'd like to switch from Net::Stripe, but will not do so if this is potentially orphaned.

I'm using it in production, so would definitely like to get this sorted, one way or another.

Yes! This is still being maintained. Sorry about the delay. Ownership on our side was shuffled around internally, and got lost for a little while. We will be taking a look at #107784, #107782, and #100274 in the next few days, and pushing out another release.
