Subject: Exporter-Simple dependency is problematic
Test suite of Exporter-Simple fails with all modern perls, see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Exporter-Simple+1.10 Consequently Term-DNAColor only works with older perls. There are no reports for newer perls at CPAN Testers: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Term-DNAColor+0.110460 Probably it's best to switch to good old-fashioned Exporter.pm.
