Thanks. This is actually a bug in SWISH::Filters::ImageToMD5Xml. I have supplied patches https://github.com/logie17/SWISH-Filters-ImageMD5ToXml/pull/2 and https://github.com/logie17/SWISH-Filters-ImageMD5ToXml/pull/3 which have been merged, and now await a new CPAN release.
