Subject: Fail/pass mix at cpantesters
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Template-Provider-DBI%200.03 for an overview. The reasons are not quite clear: it seems that passes only happen if something is skipped (an sqlite-related datetime format maybe?), and fails always if DBD::SQLite is not available.
