Subject: Random test failures with perl 5.17.6 and later (hash randomization?)
The CPAN Testers Matrix http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=wikitext-perl%201.01 shows many test failures for perl >= 5.17.6. But there are also a few passes. This pattern looks like there could be a hash randomization problem in the test suite or module.
