Subject: Undeclared dependency CGI::Application
While a human probably knows that this module requires CGI::Application, an automated system does not and hence the existence of test failures at CPAN Testers: http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=CGI-Application-Plugin-Config-YAML-0.01#qr%3A%28Can%27t%20locate%20\S%2Bpm%29 Best is to declare CGI::Application as a PREREQ_PM.
