Subject: Event::MakeMaker not declared as a prerequisite
It seems that Event::MakeMaker has to be available while running Makefile.PL and thus has to be declared as a configure_requires prerequisite. See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/66f8a94e-3375-11e5-a659-d55487176bbc for a sample report with a configuration error.
