Subject: version 0.10 < 0.9
In Perl version numbers are treated as floating point values, so 0.10 is _less_ than 0.9, and is not indexed as the latest version in CPAN's indices. You can see this also on the metacpan page: https://metacpan.org/release/Event-Stats currently point to the version 0.9.
