Bug #109458 for HTML-WikiConverter: Unicode problem for HTML::WikiConverter

Hi, I was using HTML::WikiConverter along with perl 5, version 20, subversion 2 (v5.20.2) in windows 7 to translate a html table into MediaWiki format. I did not change anything to the source code too. However I noticed that the Unicode of the punctuation is not translated correctly. For example, the html table &#8270 (lower asterisk) is converted to Â. I tried to change the UTF but to no avail. Thanks for helping and do let me know if there is any information that you require.
