Subject: Random test failures with perl 5.17.6 and later (hash randomization?)
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Module-Pragma+0.02 for a fail/pass overview. Tests randomly fail because of hash randomization --- but if PERL_PERTURB_KEYS=NO PERL_HASH_SEED=0xc is set, then tests pass always.
