Rest assured, I'm aware of this unfortunate situation (I'm reading RSS of cpantesters for six years now, each evening) -- upstream's moves were surprise, I wasn't pessimistic engough about them. I understand nature
of failures in t/copy/fail.t, rest assured, it will be taken care of asap (disclaimer: unless I'll die before). Apparently, that 'asap' isn't going to happen anytime soon.
