Subject: Xml::Simple should be XML::Simple
Makefile.PL spells XML::Simple as Xml::Simple: https://metacpan.org/source/MCOX/WebService-Amazon-ElasticBeanstalk-v0.0.7/Makefile.PL#L16 This does not work on case sensitive file systems, and CPAN.pm complains while installing your module: Running test for module 'Xml::Simple' The module Xml::Simple isn't available on CPAN. Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out more about the status. Try 'i Xml::Simple'.
