Subject: pod coverage test fails (if DBI is not installed?)
See http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=IO-Lambda-1.24 for a statistical failure analysis --- t/99_pod_coverage.t is on the top. I suspect it just fails if DBI.pm is not installed, and if so, then it should be properly skipped in this case.
