Subject: Tests fail with perl 5.23.1 and later
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=ddb%201.3.1 for a test report overview --- since 5.23.1 there are only fail reports. I could not find out if it's a documented change in perl or a regression. @ANDK: This looks like a bisect candidate.
