Subject: Fails often when Perl::Critic is installed
It is easy to have a Perl::Critic installation that fails harmless looking tests. Sample fail report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/61408048 Maybe consider to make Perl::Critic test an author test, it may make a user install fail unnecessarily. Happens also with 0.03.
