Subject: No pass reports since perl 5.17.9
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=IPTables-Mangle%200.04 for a pass/fail overview. One possible reason: in perl 5.17.x hash randomization was (re-)introduced, so maybe a test sensitive on hash keys order is now failing.
