Tests fail if the TMPDIR environment variable is set to something else than /tmp:
t/00.load.t ................. ok

# 'lessc /var/tmp/cpansmoker-1001/2015110621/y61AMfW66J --include-path=/tmpfs/.cpan-build/2015110621/CSS-LESS-v0.0.3-iQpbA2/t/foo/:/bar/ --verbose --no-color'
# doesn't match '(?^:^lessc /tmp/\w+ --include-path=/tmpfs/.cpan-build/2015110621/CSS-LESS-v0.0.3-iQpbA2/t/foo/:/bar/ --verbose --no-color$)'
It also fails on all Windows systems, as there's no /tmp available. Sample report:
