Subject: Log::Any::IfLOG prereq version too low
With Log::Any::IfLOG 0.05 installed the test suite fails: Can't locate object method "get_logger" via package "Log::Any::IfLOG" at /opt/perl-5.22.1-RC1/lib/site_perl/5.22.1/IPC/System/Options.pm line 63. t/01-basics.t ............ Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00) No subtests run With 0.07 it's fine, did not check anything in between.

I think this has happened before. This is caused by IPC::System::Options not requiring the minimum version of Log::Any::IfLOG. I've bumped the prereq version for IPC::System::Options for all of my dists.
