Subject: Random test failures
http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Progress-Any-Output-DesktopNotify%200.02 shows both pass and fail reports. No fail pattern recognizable, at least for me.

OK, there seems to be a pattern: * fails if there's no X11 display * fails if some dbus/freedesktop stuff is missing: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.freedesktop.Notifications was not provided by any .service files
