..you just need to add [MetaJSON] to dist.ini. This will allow the separation of build vs. test prerequisites, helping installations that skip tests.

This issue should be resolved with PR#2: https://github.com/arodland/Unicode-CaseFold/pull/2. Cheers, Paul
