Hello, I'm SQA in Casa Systems and responsible for IPDR testing. We have been using your Open Perl script a lot and it is so helpful. We recently added Cisco Liked IPDR frame work to our Casa CMTS. From TCP dump, we can see our CMTS initial connection request, connection established. IPDR records be pushed to collector by using Cisco.pm. But xml file has not been generated. I'm not sure how to debug it and hope you can give me some direction. I attached TCP dump file. Thank you. Hi, Please can you provide the IPDR PERL script you are using ? the XML writing function is called each time a segment is found. You should set XMLDirectory => 1 also make sure the directory is writable and files can be created. Also happy to discuss privately if required.
